Harrow IT Business Flourishing

Chamber member The PC Support Group who provide IT support announced an increase in first quarter turnover of 39 per cent on 2009. Laurie Bernard, Chamber Marketing director congratulated, this Harrow-based company, which has branches throughout the UK on their 60 % growth in the last 12 months.
The PC Support Group secured 33 new businesses customers in the first quarter this year compared to 22 in the same period last year. New contract wins during the quarter include John West Foods, The Larder Restaurant, Fast2 Let and Arrowfile.
Sundesh Hemraj, of The PC Support Group, said: “Even during a recession, our focus on providing superb customer service using corporate, quality systems combined with local, friendly support has ensured that we continue to grow and gain new contracts. We also see that signs of a recovery which is great news for all businesses.
“To see a 50% increase in the number of new customers compared to the same period last year is very encouraging, particularly in the current market.” The PC Support Group has predicted growth to continue with year-end revenue expected to be up over 55 per cent from 2009.
