So the weather was typically British. Could not make up its mind.
Chamber marketing director Laurie Bernard of The Business Services Partnership said, “The Swan pub did us proud. Large umbrellas, a conservatory and a patio heater. So all who attended enjoyed the sumptuous food (doggy bags provided), networked hard and socialised well into the evening. Business cards were swapped and help and advice freely given”.
So it’s time to enjoy the summer break but keep those business cards with you, even on the beach you never know where it might lead.
